First exposed to it in Germany- soldiers and wives would go door to door in
our housing complex and knock on doors "Trick or Drink"- I'll let you imagine
what a fun time we had(can't remember much after the first four or five doors.)
Our only regrettable door was Lt "O" whose favorite bourbon was Bourbon Surpreme
which cost a whopping $2.80 a fifth in 1963. The good stuff back then was $3.65 a
fifth. Glad my old brain cells can remember the fond memories Barb and I had when
we were wild and crazy youngsters. Happy belated Halloween to all.
