Surprised you didn’t get painkillers from your doc for those first few


rehab sessions.

I took painkillers for rehab when I had rotator cuff surgery. Those things were a godsend. They let the therapist break up all the scar tissue and rebuild me without me curling up into the fetal position or crying (like the dude on the rehab table next to me who didn’t take a painkiller)....
