UNC Tailgate Plans


Here is what I have come up with.
Setup at Uhall 6:30am. If there is an Issue I will call / post / text everyone.
Menu:
Roast Beef Sandwiches
Green Beans
Potato Salad.
Hot Dogs for the kids and others that don't like roast beef.
Items Needed:
Hogie buns for the sandwiches.
Potato Salad ( Think Big Daddy is making some but may be good for someone else to make or buy some too.
Hot Dogs and buns.
Sprit Wagon Needs:
Fireball
151 Rum
Tequila
Gin

Tim will be bring his large smoker and be cooking several types of meat.
Most of all : Please pray for Tommy for a speed recovery.
